IN our thirty plus years in Las Vegas, Henderson and Boulder City Nevada we have watched the peaks and valleys of this southern Nevada economy. IN the 1980's we were a small town relatively speaking our outskirts were very defined but thought the 1990's we watched a boom happen that many born after world war two haven't seen before. The decade of 1990 and up to about 2008 was a time to live and own a business in southern Nevada we all prospered. Jokes were made about the state bird being changed to the crane; new hotels came fast and frequently Las Vegas and the Henderson areas grew expediently and so did our pockets. Its easy for us to see know that the kind of growth we are seeing was unsustainable and could and would come to a screeching halt.
